Tretorn X KASSL Editions Pop-Up in Amsterdam – A Fusion of Function and Design
On October 4th, 2024, we opened the doors to our exclusive Tretorn X KASSL Editions Pop-Up store at Van Baerlestraat 70 in Amsterdam. The store, open until December 9th, offers a unique opportunity to experience our latest capsule collection of premium rubber boots and KASSL Editions’ Fall/Winter ready-to-wear collection.
The innovative store design was created by Studio Dennis Vanderbroeck, known for their hyper-aesthetic visual language. The design creates a dynamic and adaptable space where function and form merge. A central design element is a garden hose, used both decoratively and functionally, giving the store a playful yet practical atmosphere. Additionally, exclusive furniture designed by the artistic duo Middernacht & Alexander is showcased, bringing a sense of artistic innovation with their pieces made from repurposed Belgian diesel tanks.

The store features our new capsule collection, combining Tretorn’s Scandinavian craftsmanship with Kassl Editions contemporary design. The collection includes tall boots, ankle boots, clogs, and loafers, all made from sustainable materials such as FSC-certified natural rubber and BLOOM insoles made from algae. These models are designed to meet the demands of both urban and natural environments with style and functionality.
